I love to give quality furniture a new look to fit your style. This saves you time and money. From vintage shabby chic to clean modern looks, I will listen to what you desire and together we will come up with a plan to repurpose what you already have.
If you go to a furniture store, rarely will you find exactly what you are picturing in your mind. So, why send an intact piece of furniture to the thrift store, when I can change its entire look and purpose to fit your needs?
If what you have is beyond fixing, or if what you desire is beyond my ability, I will be completely honest with you up front. The last thing I want to do is get in over my head, do a mediocre job, or disappoint a client.
When a quality piece of furniture happens to find its way into a thrift store, or if items are graciously passed on to me, I absolutely love to give them new life! For about the same price as you could buy a piece of furniture made with pressed or particle board, MDF, or some other manufactured (not solid) wood, you could purchase a quality, solid piece reclaimed by Little Boy Blue Brushworks.
Inventory comes and goes, so keep an eye on what we have available. Sometimes I will post an unfinished piece and ask if anyone has a vision or need for it, and then paint it specifically for the client interested.
I also have a variety of small decor items available, including signs, wreaths, and wooden flowers!
Local Events &
Markets
We are always looking for ways to bring our inventory to you. In the past we have volunteered at children's events, giving them the opportunity to paint and take home their creations. Local community sales and holiday markets are also on our radar. Stay tuned for dates and locations of when and where to find us!
We were recently selling at River Springs Community Church's Annual Yard Sale, and we plan to return there every Spring.
We have previously had booths in The Corner Store in Little Mountain & Rustic Chic Interiors in Lexington. We are happy to call Old Mill Antique Mall our home now! There is something for everyone here! Come shop.
